#1: Where's your store?

It's online! We're an eCommerce shop, but our physical presence is in the Dickinsfield neighbourhood of Fort McMurray. The good news is, even though we have business hours, you can still shop and browse our online store at any hour of the day :)

 

#2. Can I stop by anytime?

Since we're an ecommerce shop, we don't have a physical storefront you can drop in, but rest assured that we are very happy to help you out during business hours with choosing products, getting your order ready, giving product suggestions, or just answering any product-related questions. Just message us - we'd be happy to help!

 

#3: Can I pick up from you in Fort McMurray?

Definitely! Send us a message through our Facebook page or Instagram and we will arrange a time that works for both of us. 

 

#4: For Japanese products, why buy from you instead of directly from Japan?
