Refund policy

Returns are available within 14 days for products other than Trading Card Game singles, Trading Card sealed products, or Blind Box products such as Popmart/Labubu. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item(s) to arrange a refund. Please note that a 10% restock fee will apply. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as Trading Card Game singles, Trading Card Game sealed products, and Randomized/Blind Box Products such as Popmart/Labubu. These products are not eligible in order to protect all customers from tampered goods. 

By purchasing sealed Trading Card Game products, the customer acknowledges that outer packaging condition may vary and agrees that minor cosmetic imperfections are not grounds for return or refund.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless the product was damaged due to shipping.

How to make a return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at TheGalacticTP@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 105-8233 Manning Avenue, Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada T9H 1V8.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Pictures will be required, video is recommended.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We charge a 10% Restocking Fee. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
