Shipping policy

By purchasing from the Galactic Trading Post, you agree to abide by the following Shipping Policies:

 

Where do we deliver?

We are working to expand our network, but for now our services are limited to Canada. 

 

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping is dependent on the size and quantity of items purchased as well as the shipping options you select. You will be shown options for shipping during the check-out process. 

In Canada: Shipping is charged at a flat-rate of $25, however orders over $300 ship for free (effective March 16, 2026) 

How long will it take to ship to me? 

Please note that all shipping times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed as weather delays or courier closures due to holidays, etc. may influence your package's arrival time and are not under our control. 

Standard Shipping estimates are 5-12 business days
Express Shipping estimates are 3-6 business days 


Which couriers do you use?

Our couriers include UPS, FedEx, Canpar, ICS, and Canada Post.

If you'd like us to use a specific courier or exclude any of these from your profile please send us an email and we will make a note. If we are using your request, you may incur additional charges for using the courier you specified. 

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes effective 2025, due to Canada Post strikes.   


Shipping Options

All packages are tracked for your own safety and come with $100 of insurance. You have the option to buy additional insurance on your package if you wish. Signature on Delivery is optional. We are not responsible for packages dropped off and left unattended. Please make the necessary arrangements with the delivery company.

Sales Tax

All sales tax is calculated according to your province or territory of residence.

 

Damaged Items

Small tears, scuffs and separations at the seams of factory sealed product shrink wrap are completely normal and are not considered damage. All English products are sourced direct from official Canadian Distributors and are not from a secondary source.

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged parcel, please take photos and document the damage so we can follow-up with the respective delivery service. We will gladly work with you to exchange, return, or discount damaged goods. 

If there are issues with the goods inside your parcel, please reach out to us as soon as possible at TheGalacticTP@gmail.com or 780-881-0546 with your order number and a summary of the issue. Photos are also helpful.

Please note: However, if your package was forwarded through a 3rd party or package-forwarding service, we are not responsible for issues or damage. 

 

Returns

Returns are available for products other than Trading Card Game singles or Trading Card sealed products. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item(s) to arrange a refund. Please note that a 10% restock fee will apply. For more information, see our Refund Policy.
